Gangly Guy walk

As I left me flat the other day, a guy walked past me with an amusing walk. He moved a little something like this:

A sort of sloppy but rigid walk, he kinda stomped his feet down, took wide strides and seemed to flick his hands out at the end of the loose swing of his arms. As I recall, his head didn't just bob up and down with his steps but forward and back too! There was an off-beat rhythm to the way his spine leaned forward.
